The 6600 sq. ft space was tactfully divided into multiple functiona segments, enabling infinite possibilities. There is a balance between the simplicity of forms and richness in details. The limited use of color brings out the ingenious application of texture, material, and light/shadow. Jialun Xiong, a Los Angeles-based interior and furniture designer, came up with the environmental concept for 19 Town, calling it The Lavishness of Restraint.
The space contains a patio, indoor private rooms, a semi-open lounge, and seating options. It can be customized to hold parties with choices of indoor or outdoor.
